Minecraft the hit indie sandbox game is coming to all Playstation formats.The PS4 version was supposed to be a launch title,but was pushed back.But what about the PS Vita version?There was a mystery until now about whether the handheld's version will be based on the console code or be developed around the pocket editions(ios,android)...
Jens "Jeb" Bergensten currently working as the lead developer of Minecraft solved the mystery but answering to a reddit fan that "the vita will use the code base for consoles,and not from pocket edition".While we don't know about other features such as cross buy,cross play,cross save,i think it's great to hear the news for the ps vita with all this Lego 3DS ports coming to the handleld lately.Hopefully there is an exact release date soon.
