PS Vita's August line up

 Minecraft PS Vita Edition is undoubtedly the game of the month for the handheld and hopefully will move some consoles in the West.Titles like Metrico,Hyperdimension Neptunia ReBirth,Sword Art Online: Hollow Fragment,Disgaea 4: A Promise Revisited are also coming exclusively to the PSVita in August and of course cross buy games like Hohokum and The Swapper.August is also the month of Gamescom,so hopefully Sony will announce some great PS Vita games.
METRICO–August 5 NA, August 6 EU(PSN only)
 Metrico is the world's first infographics action game from Digital Dreams and will be exclusive for PS Vita.A side scrolling platformer where players navigate across a mysterious world built out of infographics, including bar diagrams, pie charts and line graphs that "constantly change based on your actions, movements and input".A free demo of the entire first world (5% of the entire game) will be available when Metrico releases.






THE SWAPPER–August 5th NA, August 6th EU (PSN only,cross buy PS4,PS3)
Holder of numerous awards and accolades, the Swapper is an atmospheric puzzle platformer set in the furthest reaches of space. Players wield an experimental device able to clone the user and swap control between them.The game looks impessive and supports cross buy feature for all PlayStation versions.





DISGAEA 4: A PROMISE REVISITED–August 12th NA, August 29th EU (PSN,retail)
Disgaea 4: A Promise Revisited is a port of Disgaea 4: A Promise Unforgotten on the Playstation Vita. It contains all of the downloadable content made available in the original PS3 game and also features newly added game content.The game tells the story of Valvatorez, a former tyrant leading a party to rebel against the president of the Netherworld



HOHOKUM–August 12th NA, August 13th EU (PSN only,cross buy PS4,PS3)
 Hohokum is a collaboration between artist Richard Hogg and Honeyslug, a London-based game studio. It is a colorful game with an emphasis on playful exploration and creativity. Players take on the role of a curious flying Technicolor kite-like being. Along their travels through the vibrant world, players will be able to uncover secrets by interacting with elements around them in different ways such as carrying characters to new areas on their back or flying over objects to illuminate them. The world of Hohokum is full of surprise; even running into certain objects can be its own reward as the interaction produces a tune or sounds that add to the level’s music track. From the way a player navigates the world to the various ways characters communicate to the abstract vivid artwork, Hohokum is an expressive and mesmerizing universe. While there are goals, secrets and Trophies discovered along the way, at its heart, Hohokum is a playground — a place to wander about and get lost in.





SWORD ART ONLINE:HOLLOW FRAGMENT– August 19 NA, August 20 EU (PSN only)

A Role-Playing Game (RPG) developed by Namco Bandai Games for the PlayStation Vita as the second game adaption on console for the series. It is set in an alternative Sword Art Online storyline, just like Sword Art Online: Infinity Moment(a PSP game unreleased outside of Japan which will be included with HD graphics in the PS Vita version).





HYPERDIMENSION NEPTUNIA RE;BIRTH1–August 26th NA (PSN,retail), August 27th EU (PSN only)


"Hyperdimension Neptunia" is a series of turn based RPGs setting place in a paradox world called Gamindustry. The games feature powerful Goddesses and their friends who embody different generations of game consoles. In the very first Neptunia, the player takes on the role of the main protagonist Neptune, one of four goddesses involved in a long series of conflicts known as the Console Wars.Hyperdimension Neptunia Re;Birth1 is a complete remake of the original Hyperdimension Neptunia for the PlayStation 3. Neptunia Re;Birth1 adopts an all new storyline, additional characters, redone dungeons, and a revamped free roaming style battle system with the EXE gauge system introduced in Neptunia Victory


MINECRAFT:PS VITA EDITION–August 2014(PSN,retail cross buy PS3)
Minecraft is a game about breaking and placing blocks. At first, people built structures to protect against nocturnal monsters, but as the game grew players worked together to create wonderful, imaginative things.The indie hit is finally coming to the PS Vita delivering the full PS3 version which means that you can play the game anywhere.Online play and ad hoc multiplayer will be supported,cross save with the PS3 version supported and all the DLC from PS3 will work too.

    1. all good games come from outside N.A. if all asain and imports are bad then you don't mind telling me a game created solely in N.A. that was not forgotten in a year
