Sony has just announced via the official twitter account that the much awaited major PS4's firmware update 1.70 will be available from April 30th.
Playstation Asia revealed all the details about the next major update(some of them are for Japan only).Here is the list with all the new features

- The picture quality of videos broadcasted with Ustream or Twitch can be set to [Maximum (HD)].
- Videos can now be saved (archived) on online streaming services.
- The broadcasted videos can be saved (archived) on online streaming platforms

- The download link icon of “SHAREfactory” is shown on the Home screen. With this feature, comments and stickers can be added to video clips saved on PS4. Background music and background of the videos can also be changed.
- After downloading and installing, the icon of the application will be shown on the Home screen
- HDCP signal can be switched off and gameplay recording via HDMI is made possible
- PS4 game pre-order can now be used on PS Store.
- Pre-ordered content will be downloaded to “Your Primary PS4”.
- Countdown until the release date of the content will be displayed.
- “PS4 Link” will be added to PS Vita TV.
- Remote Play, controlling PS4 from a distance, is now possible on PS Vita TV
- You can log in to two accounts on PS4™ from PS Vita TV, so two players can use the Remote Play feature.
- The first player connects to PS4 automatically via the PSN account saved on PS Vita TV.
- With the first player connected, the second player presses the PS button on the other wireless controller to get connected
