Minecraft PS4 Edition now available!

 At last Minecraft PS4 Edition is available through the PS Store.The PS4 Edition will feature worlds 36 times bigger than the ones you might be used to on the PS3 system. Existing players will be able to import PS3 saves to the PS4 Edition, allowing them to continue work on their immense structure or delve even deeper towards the Nether. Anyone who previously bought the PS3 Edition (Disc or Digital) would be able to upgrade to PS4 Edition for a small fee ($4.99!).

PlayStation Plus in September

Sony announced the PlayStation Plus titles for the September line up and it is the first time that European and North American subscribers will get the exact same games. Check all the PS+ games history here

EA NHL 15 running great on the PS Vita via remote play

The lack of the most sport game series is well known and very annoying for the PS Vita. We had the annual same Fifa game every year, the excellent launch title Virtua Tennis 4, one Madden title and the Mlb series. But the complete lack of an icehockey and an NBA basketball is a shame because i always think that sports games are great for a handheld device even if we play inferior editions.

Titan Souls - Gameplay Trailer

Sony about PSN hack attempt

 As you have already experienced PSN was down from yesterday before Monday's Scheduled Maintenance. A group called “Lizard Squad” are apparently taking responsibility for the PlayStation Network down time in what is allegedly from a DDOS attack on the network. Sony’s issued an official response via Twitter: “Our engineers are aware of the issues and are working to resolve them. We’ll keep you posted — sorry for the inconvenience.”

 We all know that back in the PS2 era Pro Evolution Soccer was the best football series by a mile. And we all know that last gen PES series games were at least mediocre compared to the amazingly improved Fifa series.

The Summer is coming to it's end which means that you have to be prepared for the numerous games that are coming in the next three months. Gundam Breaker 2 announced for PS Vita- PS3

Bandai Namco just announced that Gundam Breaker 2 is coming for PS Vita and PS3 this Winter in Japan. No news about localization but Bandai Namco's support for the PS Vita is something great even if it's only for the Japan market.

 Velocity 2X, Murasaki Baby, Danganronpa 2: Goodbye Despair, Fifa 15, Arcana Heart 3: Love Max, Natural Doctrine, Warriors Orochi 3 Ultimate and MotoGP 14 for NA users are the confirmed releases for PS Vita for September. The long anticipated version of Minecraft might be released in September, but that is not sure. Not a bad list of games for Vita owners in my opinion

Earth Defense Portable V2 Coming To PS Vita In November

 D3 Publisher has an enhanced port of Earth Defense Force 2 in development for PlayStation Vita called Earth Defense Force Portable V2. The giant bug shooting game will gain the Air Raid unit which can summon tanks and air strikes who was introduced in Earth Defense Force 2025.

July 2014 PSN sales charts

 Sony has released the PSN sales charts for NA and Europe. In NA two games that were offered for a very nice price Injustice: Gods Among Us Ultimate Edition for the PS4 and Batman: Arkham Origins Blackgate for the PS Vita dominate the charts, while in Eurore The Last of Us Remastered is the top seller for PS4 and the discounted Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD Remaster is the best selling vita game. Needless to say that Minecraft is the top seller for PS3...

Metro Redux Gets a 6 Minute New Gameplay Trailer

 Metro Redux, the remastered bundle of the two existing games in the Metro series(2010's Metro 2033 and 2013's Metro: Last Light) is coming for the PlayStation 4 by the end of August and 4A Games have released a new gameplay trailer, showing the differences between the original and the remastered version

PS Vita’s BigFest coming to PS4 and PS3

 Sony XDev Europe confirmed that the free to play music management title Big Fest for the PS Vita is also coming to the PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4.

Sleeping Dogs: Definitive Edition confirmed

 After the remastered versions of Tomb Raider, The Last of Us and Metro Redux the next game to follow the same path is Square Enix's Sleeping Dogs. The Definitive Edition will be available for PlayStation 4 on October 10th in Europe and October 14th in NA.

Velocity 2X coming in September for PS4 and PS Vita

 The sequel of one the best PS Vita game is coming on 2nd September in NA and one day after in Europe.
Velocity 2X will use the same formula with the first game but there will be also shooting platformer levels.

Gravity Crash Ultra PS Vita Release Date Announced

 Just Add Water has finally confirmed that Gravity Crash Ultra is launching on August 12th in NA and 13th in Europe. Gravity Crash Ultra is a multidirectional arcade shooter and it is a remastered version of the original game, which launched in 2009 on the PlayStation Network . As such, it will feature cross-compatibility, allowing gamers to play around in custom levels built on either platform.

The Last of Us Remastered PS Vita remote play controls+video

 The Last of Us Remastered is already available for the PlayStation 4 and of course the remote play makes it playable on the PSVita as well. Naughty's Dog masterpiece runs very well as we expected and the controls use the front touchscreen and the back touchpad of the PS Vita.
